Senior Automotive European Technician

German Auto Sport is seeking a highly skilled Senior European Automotive Technician specializing in German vehicles to join our growing team in Berkeley, CA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in precision work, enjoys diagnosing complex issues, and wants to work on high-end European vehicles in a professional, well-equipped shop.
Top performers can earn up to $150,000 per year with our competitive compensation structure.

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues on European vehicles (primarily German makes)
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and advanced repairs
  • Utilize modern diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify issues
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with service advisors and customers
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship and efficiency standards
  • Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
  • Strong experience with European vehicles, especially German brands (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche)
  • ASE certification or equivalent experience preferred
  • Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
