What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on European vehicles (primarily German makes)
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Utilize modern diagnostic tools and software to accurately identify issues
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with service advisors and customers
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and efficiency standards
- Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Experience with European vehicles, especially German brands (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche)
- ASE certification or equivalent experience preferred
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
